Equipment Operator

Position: Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a Experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to become a part of our team! You will operate all sizes of excavators, skid steers, 1 to 5 yd articulating loader, transport materials. This work is focused on underground utilities and infrastructure installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a Team
• Ability to proactively plan and manage a project alone
• Ability to Safely operate all equipment
• Load and unload cargo
• Inspect equipment before and after use
• Communicate need for maintenance or repair
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Investigate existing underground utilities prior to digging

Qualifications:

• Previous experience for operating in a pipe laying team
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must be willing to jump in and do whatever task needs completed

Our office is based out of Fort Myers, FL’

• South West Florida
• Travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Heavy equipment operation: 2 years Plus (Required)

License/Certification:

• CDL A (Preferred)
